Dengue fever is caused by viruses transmitted by Aedes Aegypti Mosquitoes. It is better to prevent this disease by avoiding mosquitoes bite. Here are some tips for you to fight dengue.
1. Don't allow mosquitoes to breed in and around your home. Make sure that there is no standing water near your home. Empty containers / cans / coconut shells / plastic bottles around your home filled with rain water.
2. Avoid opening window and doors for some days. Instead use Air Conditioners or else fix screens to window and doors.
3. Always use full sleeved shirts, long pants, socks & shoes.
4. Use mosquito repellents like camphor or any liquid repellents.
5. Use mosquito net at night while you sleep.
6. Keep your surrounding clean and hygienic.
